Hello everyone I am looking for friendship at the present time, that could possibility develop into something more serious. A little about me, am a VERY low maintenance person that is not easily offended and seldom hold a grudge. I served total 12 years in the U.S. military (Coast Guard and Navy). While in the service I joined the LDS church at age 20 in NYC. After my first military service time I served a two-year mission for the LDS church. I attend church weekly and hold a Temple recommend. I am very stable have been working at my present job for almost 35 years. After 42 years of marriage and 6 children (none live with me) I was widowed I am not a lazy person and do not enjoy being with those so inclined. I am 75 and still working not because I have to, but because I love my work and enjoy it. I am a very creative person and enjoy science and engineering and learning more about the world we live in. I enjoy designing and ACTUALLY building thing (mechanical/electrical). I have worked in the broadcast industry (radio) as well as magazine publishing industry (The Mother Earth News Magazine)

I enjoy music late 50's and mid 60's in particular. I enjoy Doo Woop.country, rock-n-roll.  I have been known to play the harmonica and on occasion attend jam sessions. I am currently attempting to teach myself to play the piano/keyboard. I am a licensed Ham radio operator (currently not active in that hobby) I am NOT obsessed with sport teams, hunting and fishing or watching TV. One of my hobbies is writing DIY books I have written and self-publish six such books. I am not a big traveler and do not like big cities, been there done that, NYC, Seattle, Charleston, Honolulu etc. I enjoy the country (raised on a dairy farm) small cities, I enjoy quite time as I live VERY much in the present.  I enjoy gardening, hydroponic style
